He was a mentor for many industries, ranging from training, manufacturing, distribution, retail channels, personality building, and holding many budding entrepreneurs into successful businesspeople. He was taken as a role model for many industries. He has influenced more than ten thousand people from scratch/entry-level to successful entrepreneurs. He had successfully coached thousands of people in marketing, servicing production, in business development and building an organization. He had trained entrepreneurs from colleges.
